Shipping charges on web orders will be automatically calculated once you’ve chosen your preferred delivery method and will be added to your total amount due upon check out, if your total order amount doesn’t qualify for free delivery promotions.
We use USPS/UPS for USA domestic shipments and FedEx/DHL for International shipments.
When the size and/or weight of your shipment exceed the limits of our parcel carriers, your order may be split into smaller shipments or may be delivered via one of our trusted freight carriers. You will be notified via email or phone call of truck delivery costs and lead time. Due to carrier restrictions, orders requiring truck delivery cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO, or internationally.
We retain the right to charge additional fees for special requests (i.e. Next Business Day shipping, bulk web orders over $1000, etc.) that requires special shipping and handling and pallet orders. The customer will be contacted prior to shipment if such circumstances arise.
USA domestic web orders will be delivered within 10-20 business days.
International web orders will be delivered within 15-30 business days.
We are operating at a limited capacity and orders are currently batch processed on a weekly basis. Delivery lead times will improve once all our distribution centers are fully operational. Tracking information will be sent to the customer once your package has been picked up by the courier from our warehouse.
If ordering more than one kind of product, your shipment may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive, and be packaged, separately. In all cases however, you will be notified via email of the details.
Our shipping rates only cover the package transit costs. Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. Infina Supply Solutions LLC is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not our responsibility to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
Payment Terms
Payment for all web orders must be made by PayPal, credit or debit card on the checkout page. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards via PayPal checkout.
You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. Please also note that we are not responsible for any currency conversion fees, online handling fees or processing fees that your card issuer may charge you.
