Returns
No returns allowed on any final sale items, except for if flaws in workmanship are found (as long as the labels and/or hang tags have not been removed). No returns allowed on MTO, Customized or Custom-Labelled items. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Should any item you purchase have a manufacturing defect (defects in craftsmanship or material) that slip past our quality inspection, we accept returns on items that is unworn, unused and has the labels and/or hang tag intact. Please contact us at info@infinasupplysolutions.com to request a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be sent back unused and with intact labels and/or hang tags, along with the original packaging and receipt/proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
To return your product for refund or exchange, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Always use a traceable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchange or Refund Process
Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund. If you are approved for an exchange, you will be notified of the exchange approval and lead time for receiving your replacement item. Tracking information will be sent once the item is shipped from our warehouse. If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or (original method of payment), within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
